This was an entry for a video games character for Games Master.
Sadly I never won. I never even came in runner up. I mean, you look at some of those they picked for runner up and think "The hell? Mine's more imaginative than that" Seriously, if you have the issue then look at the runner ups and think "How..?" I'm kind of annoyed and upset really.
Took about an hour to think of the design and 6'ish to draw.
NO critique please. This was rushed. Design and drawing.
Story: When mortals began to think, and break from their insticts of an animal the gods created an entity to judge their sins and salvations. With a shining swirling mixture of gold and red on the knight of judgement, it would approch the spirit of a recently killed mortal. In one hand is the book of sin, the other is the book of salvation. The knight from then, would then focus its gaze upon the books filling up with their sins and salvations. If thy mortal is a sinner, the knight becomes as red as the devil itself and drops the devils head from its hand onto the scale. The sinner key on his shoulder lights up with power. Then the knight takes it and unlocks the gate upon his chest that swirls with corruption and sucks the spirit inside - to hell.
Mortals on a near death experiance have seen only a moments glimpse. They cannot name it for they now not its name. Some call it the Knight of Judgement, as they have seen depictions of this name in the figure. But the gods have named it - Huemasa
Skills/Special abilities:
# The book of sin and the book of salvation each read the spirit and write the sins and salvations down in the language of the gods.
# The great rune circle surrounding the knight swirls slowly, with the main runes of the gods alphabet. The gods made it so each rune is steeped in powerful magic, both devil and holy. With these it may unleash many miracles, or as mortals would say it "magic".
# A powerful knight, it may be in many places at once, so that no spirit lingers.
Side notes: That is hair on its head! His hands ARE books. Those things hanging down are balance scales
